When dealing with Low ceilings between 7ft-10ft you are very limited on how much a camera can cover.
The 5x ptz barn camera has the widest angle of all the ptz's and are designed specifically for these situations.

They show more of the barn from closer mounting heights, making them perfect calving camera for indoor use where you want to see everything at a glance. They also work great as a lambing camera.

Inside or outside: 5x ptz barn camera

The 5x cameras can be mounted inside the barn and provide a wide, fixed view. They can also be mounted outside to see smaller pens outside.

They are designed to:

• Capture a larger field of view from lower mounting heights

• They can cover a 40ft x 40ft area very well when mounted in the center.
  
  

• Show multiple pens or alleys at once depending on cieling height

• Gives you 360 ptz view and 5x zoom and tilt capability

Because these calving cameras have a wider angle, they’re ideal for lower areas—but they are not designed to zoom in on distant outdoor areas.
