How do I install a PTZ Camera?

The PTZ Cameras have four separate connectors. YOU ONLY NEED TO USE ONE OF THEM. See picture bellow.

What happens if I have a problem?

Most problems can be solved fairly quickly over the phone! You can dial our support number anytime 605-622-0676. If it's after business hours and you need emergency support, please leave a voice mail and we will return your call as soon as we can. Sometimes we may need to log into a computer on your network, so having Splashtop SOS installed beforehand is always a good idea. Just go to our Support page to learn more.

How to make the camera clearer?

On the EZView AP you have the option to use the HD or SD options on the fly. What that means is you can lower the image quality to SD so the camera works better in areas where your internet is not as good. Switch to SD or HD.
