Sometimes we may need to log into a computer on your network, so having Splashtop SOS installed beforehand is always a good idea. Just go to our Support page to learn more.
On the EZView AP you have the option to use the HD or SD options on the fly. What that means is you can lower the image quality to SD so the camera works better in areas where your internet is not as good. Switch to SD or HD.
